E - Learning

ABWA has formed special partnerships to bring you training programs from two of the best on-line learning providers, QuicKnowledge and Norwich University. You will find topics that range from "Achieving Goals" to "Leadership Skills for Women."

ABWA-KU MBA Essentials

ABWA has joined forces with the renowned University of Kansas School of Business to develop the innovative ABWA-KU MBA Essentials Program. For each four-hour program, participants will receive .4 CEUs from the University of Kansas School of Business. Offered at ABWA national conventions and select spring conferences, MBA Essentials delivers masters degree level basics in critical business subjects, regardless of participants educational background.

SBMEF Grants & Tuition Reimbursement

The Business Skills Tuition Reimbursement Program is designed to encourage workingwomen to keep up with the fast-paced, ever-changing workplace environment. This program covers accredited courses, which might be a one-time desktop publishing course or a series of real estate licensing classes. Grants of one-half of the tuition of a course up to $500, with a minimum of $50, are available depending on each network's contribution. Chapters/Networks must sponsor the applicants for this type of Stephen Bufton Memorial Educational Fund financial assistance and have contributed to SBMEF in the prior award year.

The $1200 Grants are available through local chapters and networks.  Ask your local chapter or network about it.
